How to study in night (Raat me kaise padhe) 

  (1) Light food (Halka bhojan karna):-

Night me padhne ke lie yah bhi jaruri hai ki aap padhne se pahle bahut hi jyada bhojan na kre. Jab aap padhne se pahle bahut jyada bhojan kar lete hain to is se aapko nind aane lagegi aur aap kabhi bhi night time me study nhi kar sakte hain. Jab aap bahut jyada bhojan karte hain to is se aap ke brain me khun ki kami ho jati hai aur is se aapko nind aane lagtee hai. Aap yah kar sakte hai ki jab aapko bahut jyada bhukh lagi ho aap halka bhojan kar sakte hain. 

(2) Apne sath water rakhna

Yah bhi bahut jaruri hota hai ki aap apne sath water bottle rakhe. Is se jab bhi aapko nind aaegi tab aap pani pi sakte hain is se aapko nind kam aaegi. Jab aapko nind kam aaegi to aap study bhi acche se kar sakte hain. 

(3) Take gap

Night time me best study karne ke yah bhi ek accha tarika hota hai ki aap study karte-karte kuch time ka gap le. Jab aap kuch time ka gap lete hain to is se aapko nind kam ya bilkul nhi aati hai. Study ke dauran gap lene se yah bhi fayda hota hai ki aapka brain bilkul fresh rahta hai aur padhi hui chije acchi tarah se yad rahtee hai. 

(4) Likhne ki aadat dalna

Bahut sare student ko maine yah bhi dekha hai ki bah night me study karte bakt aaram-aaram se man hi man padhte hain lekin yah study ka bad habit hota hai. Aisa karne se aapko sabse jyada nind aa saktee hai. Jab aap man hi man padhte hai to aapko nind aane lagtee hai. Best study karne ka yah bhi ek best tarika hota hai ki aap table aur bench ka use kre. jab aap table aur bench ka use karte hain to aapko nind kam aatee hai. Bahut sare student night me so kar padhte hain is se unhe nind sabse jyada aati hai. Jab aap table and chair par baith kar study karte hain to aapka brain active rahta hai aur aapko nind nhi aati hai.

Last me sare student se yahi kahuga ki aapko study ke lie jo bhi time accha lagta hai aap usi time ko use kre. kisi ke kahne par aap study ka time change nhi kre.
